TLT & VMPD Methodologies
I created two methodologies the Lovelace Threshold and Vulnerability Management for Policy Design (VMPD). Both are OA under CC-BY license. The Lovelace Threshold is a governance diagnostic beyond bounded systems. It names when a governance framework reaches its regulatory ceiling. VMPD identifies failures from downstream regulations to focus on governing the upstream conditions that produce them.
You can use them individually, and in combination. You can use them individually or in combination—they work across any discipline. If something here raises a question, or you’d like to think through how it applies to your work, the inquiry form is the way in. Initial consultations are complementary.
