Danuma™ develops analytical and structural diagnostic methodologies for naming what conventional governance frameworks cannot see. Each piece is published openly on Zenodo and SSRN, freely available for citation, application, and adaptation under open access terms. Check publications.
The work began in October 2025 with systemic inequity, cyber-pandemic, AI governance and climate accountability analysing mid-powers and the Global South. One of the main thing that I identified was that the solutions exist, the funding exists, the capacity exists, but the intent doesn’t. Despite accountability frameworks, and fines, there’s not only no accountability, there’s a new height of ignorance and oblivion. It was evidently clear that discussing executable standards and implementation pathways for accountability, climate change, and AI governance is not enough. Focus must shift to the multi-dimensionality of global challenges that are structurally interconnected, i.e., optimisation, sustainable change, and innovative solutions rather than more technology or superpower reliance. Interoperability became interdependence, which further became a governance pre-requisite.
It’s abundantly clear accountability without a deterrence measure was not stopping from harm to happen. So I designed Compute-to-Climate Deterrence Ratio. However, this ratio was not enough. It needed a diagnostic angle which is why these methodologies form a connected diagnostic infrastructure: the Lovelace Threshold names when a governance framework reaches its regulatory ceiling. Vulnerability Management for Policy Design (VMPD) provides the diagnostic procedure for examining what fails once a framework crosses that threshold. Regulatory STRAPS names the design principles for governance built to avoid the threshold in the first place using a load re-distribution method. When this infrastructure is applied to a multi-disciplinary field, systemic barriers can be identified.
In addition to providing diagnostic engagements and commissioned reports, Danuma™ continues to the work on the following:
- Cyber-pandemic and Climate Accountability for the Middle power states through the Compute-to-Climate Deterrence Ratio (CCDR) diagnosing AI compute expansion and climate accountability, especially during a pandemic style cyber attack.
- Phantom Sovereignty studies the data center geopolitics, sovereignty vs dependency, and hybrid warfare exposure of the digital infrastructure where the Global South is treated as a testing ground. This project builds the governance instruments needed to distinguish real control from its illusion. Global South INSIGHT MAP phase completed. Additional use-case for Canada is currently in-progress.
- A Systemic Vulnerability Map (SVMap) that visualizes how structural vulnerabilities propagate across systems and surface in different domains. Currently in ON-HOLD due to other priorities, SVMap will become a democratic project: of and for the people to practice truth and integrity.
